Been having a nightmare with my SWUs
Called in yesterday to upgrade the parents. Took about an hour with the agent and it seems she processed them. I looked today and the SWUs were never pulled. Called back up and one ticket was a BE which, as I understand can be upgraded but they needed to manually override something. Other had a schedule change while in the process of being reticketed. Another hr+ to fix that.
So far got 1 email with the BE ticket re-issued, but on aa.com it still says basic economy while when I email the itin, it does says business/first and C. (The email gave a new ticket nr).
I have no idea if the ticket still is messed up or is actually fine now.
