Air Canada is set to resume IND-YYZ service next month. If you can find partner award availability, you should be able to get IND-YYZ-LHR roundtrip in Business Class for 126,000 Avianca LifeMiles, with no carrier surcharges. Same with UA via ORD, EWR, or IAD.

Do not transfer any of your MR points unless and until you have established that award availability exists on your desired dates of travel.
