The problem particular to AirTran seems to be that with any other airline, when a flight leaves the system, all associated reservations tied to the flight will show as affected. With AirTran, in my particular case, everything still showed as rosy long after the flight was removed from the schedule. Rosy in my online res, rosy when calling the res agent.
