Just poor training and a hotel that actively dislikes Hyatt elites. They much prefer the homeshopping crowd that doesn't demand anything more than their King room and buffet breakfast.
Goodness...I really wish ppl would just do their jobs. Although, due to all the GoH shenanigans, I kind of understand why they act that way. Either way, it's unprofessional and simply wrong to discriminate—and it's messing it up for actual Globalists and true GoH bookings.
On a diff note, does anyone know if Globalists are eligible for discounts at any of the 10+ restaurants? (
