The BONER 4EVER building (a building on the National Historic Register) is being redeveloped into a “boutique Marriott Hotel”, with residences. What’s particularly interesting is that, for many decades, that section of Philadelphia was not really the “nicest” part of town to go to. I’m wondering which group it will fall under? W? Autograph? Tribute Portfolio? It seems too small for a W but I don’t think there are Autographs or Tribute Portfolios with residences.
(For those who are interested, the building “name” comes from the names of two graffiti artists that are emblazoned on multiple sides of the 14 story building. Anyone in Philadelphia would know the building by that name, and not it’s “historic” name.)
