I booked a ticket on RwandAir last Friday and after some back and forth with RwandAir's reservation team, I received an eticket with a booking reference and ticket number on Monday. However, I checked my credit card today (Wednesday) and the pending charge has disappeared and is no longer to be found anywhere. I'm worried that while I have what looks like to be a valid eticket, I may not in fact have one until there is a payment processed. Has anyone experienced this previously? Every other time I've purchased a ticket, my card has been charged almost immediately. (I have reached out to their reservations department but while I'm waiting for a reply, I figured I would ask the collective wisdom of this group. My biggest nightmare would be to show up to board the flight and be told my reservation does not exist.)
