One massacre I do notice is Ritz Carlton Half Moon Bay - I redeemed last year for 60K, most nights seem to be pricing at 97k to 100K now. With room rates at $1,000 all year I guess 100K redemptions were inevitable. Curiously Ritz Carlton Georgetown is still at 50K for an upcoming weekend (it was also in the 30K increase bucket).
