Totally useless, and no better than I could have done myself online.

I still value this card for lounge access but the level of service once associated with this card is sadly lacking. The institutional knowledge they once had in the concierge service is gone.
I think it truly has been outsourced to India unfortunately (for the U.S. version). I also got someone with an Indian accent last call, very robotic and did not instill confidence.
