Another annoying thing about booking car rentals through C1 - the final cost is not listed in the main results page. Some of the rentals that are conditionally refundable actually have a small portion due at pick-up. If you click on individual rentals, you can see this amount. Maybe this is why they don't have an option to sort by price
I think they are sorted by price (final cost) by default. If you look at this screenshot, the Avis cars are listed first even though their listed price is higher than that of the Hertz cars below them. But if you add the "due at pick up" amount to the Hertz prices they end up more expensive than the Avis listings, so I think that's why the order is the way it is.
