End result was 2.5 hours on hold with Virgin. Rep said they could request a J seat, which of course didn't work, so end result was got booted from the flight and had to cancel the reservation. Now super nervous about return on NH126. By the way, we never got an email or anything from Virgin nor ANA which was awesome. Only become aware of this because of reddit comment I saw.
