In the summer the area behind the Novotel Suites was a massive building site for the Grand Arenas project, so don’t be surprised if there is still a big building site there! The tram into the centre of Nice is easy from there. We like to take the tram to the end of the line at Port Lympia and then enjoy the views walking along the promenade towards the airport. Enjoy your trip!

EDIT: if you have young children with you, make sure you take swimsuits, a towel and sun cream to play in the fountains on the promenade du Paillon in the centre of Nice.
