There were seats in F on an earlier flight that day and the day prior (the cabins were wide open both days) but Virgin "protected" me by providing a double downgrade to PE the following day.
i called ANA who said there were seats available but the request had to come from Virgin. I called Virgin and after a two hour hold they informed me that no awards seats were available other than the next day double downgrade because ANA would not release them. I ended up cancelling the whole sad mess and rebooked on UA.

Been on hold with Virgin for 2hrs now. ANA basically said there was nothing they could do. Expecting Virgin to do the same. It's super annoying since same flight time + date, and it was just an equipment change. This affected flight
NH105, our return is NH 126 in mid-October 2022. It's still showing up as fine on ANA's site, but I don't see it when I check United or expertflyer. Is it likely the same thing is going to happen with NH126? I wasn't sure if there was a route change announcement or something could look at.
