The same sort of question. We were booked for F via Virgin on NH105 for October, but the plane looks like it got downgraded to a 789, so no F anymore. Can we just take a downgrade to Business class? I don't see any award availability for Business on that flight? Also, who is best to call in this case Virgin or ANA?
