The world of hyatt agent told me that a guest had called a few days earlier because they were on a guest of honor reservation at this exact hotel and they denied them any globalist benefits. Hyatt had to get involved and explain to the hotel staff what it is and what benefits they should be receiving.
When you say guest of honor reservations were being denied of any globalist benefits, are you talking about
not getting upgraded to a suite (given one was available via real time cash booking), or are you referring to being denied any of the following: executive lounge access, free parking, early check-in, late 4pm check-out, etc.?
