Seems like a good deal for some based on this write up. I went through the process and looked like my ITA Plus was going to match to Maroc Gold (oneworld Sapphire?). My understanding of this is I'll get ability for priority lanes, lounge, and Main Cabin Extra on AA & BA flights. I have a potential US->LHR trip coming up this fall and the upgraded seats and lane would make the status worth it for me but not likely otherwise. The application was pretty painless up to the point I stopped so figure it would be worth it for those with oneworld plans through 3/23.
