For the price-sensitive, it could end up being significantly cheaper than a Staybridge while giving more space than a similarly priced HIX.

Though I’m in the group that actually finds the minimal approach to be pretty comfortable and have enjoyed my previous Motel One stays so Atwell is right in my lane.
