Alitalia has given me a voucher because of a cancelled flight during covid .I told them I am not going to use it and asked for a refund. It's been 5 months now and no reply at all. What can I do?
good luck , my trip got cancelled in march 2020 , since then i always rejected their offer for a voucher , after many calls and mails , i simply gave up , 9 months later i got my money back
