No, nothing. passengers travelling onward would not disembark and should stay in their seats while crew carry out the necessary cleaning
So no transit was done, meaning no COVID requirement for KUL airport. KUL does not require COVID tests for transit passengers anyway.
Side note: it isn't just a fuel stop at KUL. They will do a complete crew change.
Also, a lot of passengers only travel a single sector - I think fewer than half travelled both sectors on my flight.
