Just curious as my Tier reset date is next week and didn't receive my double points yet. (flight-Holiday in Feb).
So will the extra points go to before 8 April or after 8 April (If I don't receive them before that) ?
it seems that points are being added at the time of processing, not the date of the original flight. This is not in accordance with the terms and conditions. Most times it doesn't matter, but there are reports on here that if you need the points to be shifted to the flight date to gain/retain status then you can get this done by phoning up or submitting a ticket.
