I like the *A lounge in GRU. If you enter as a *G, you do not get shower access unfortunately. You need to be flying in >Y. Still, the food is good, and the ambiance is excellent.
This must be a new regulation, Departed from GRU in 2018 as *G and took a shower before the flight in LH Y.
