I believe it depends what program you are enrolled in, and what fare bucket BA holidays books you in.

The fare class should be I for Club. For F I think it is A (anyone?, I think the only two buckets ever used for F are F and A) in which case A earns the same miles and points as F. Check in your respective manual if I qualifies...

After June 30th I fares will earn tier points and miles at the same rate as J in all programs (except Asiamiles).

So the answer is probably yes, just make sure your tix are in I or A.
