I'm actually flying EK448/EK449 soon and both have a 1h 30mins stop, so I guess passengers stay on the aircraft while refueling.
Did you have to provide any piece of information while in KL for refueling? (eg: transit visa, COVID-19 PCR certificate, or who knows what else...).
