I checked a couple of times yesterday afternoon and it was indeed only showing cash rates available. This morning, the points rate is showing again with the same "no rooms available" message when you click through..... Technical glitch or attempt to bait and switch folks into paying cash rates? They seem to have plenty of rooms open for the desired dates, third party sites like Hotwire are offering them. Either way it's annoying.

Now I have to decide if I want to book a non MR all-inclusive or use points for something that isn't all inclusive like El Mangroove or Punta Islita.
We absolutely love Punta Islita.
