One other thing I came across was that the property sells "day passes" to the public for non-guests. I get that they need another revenue stream, but seems a bit off putting for guests who are spending cash or points on these rooms, to then have to deal with people who aren't even staying at the resort taking up chairs and daybeds etc. Company is called resortpass. Not sure if it has been mentioned here before.
