I find AA's Japan team is consistently one of their best in the entire fleet. JAL's service is always top notch but for some it is probably to the point of being obsequious. My major complaint with JAL is that I have to wear t-shirt and shorts (and I prefer to fly in a suit) due to the heat/humidity.
