GES/GOES ID email received from passport Admin: 02.03.2021
VFS New York Submission: February 2021
Police Verification at Indian Address: April 2021
Global Entry Conditional Approval Email for both myself & spouse: 03.14.2022
Haven't scheduled the interview as we don't have valid STAMPED VISA on passports.

Application submitted to CKGS- Feb, 2020
Police verification done- May, 2020
No update since then, and sometime in 2021 service provider was changed from CKGS to VFS.

Is there anything I can do to make sure that my application is not lost in service provider transition, or just wait?
