I suppose it shouldn't be a surprise that my blood pressure has shot up over the last 12 months to a level where I'm now being examined for more interesting disorders. I've gone along with this knowing full well that Mr Tesco and my obsessive quest for BA miles are equally to blame.

I guess it's no surprise after eating 50 bars of Galaxy, 50 boxes of Palmiers and drinking 50 jars of Finest coffee never mind a case or two of L-P champagne!!! All of which may be laden with Tesco points but also with all the things that will kill you.

I'll explain to the GP that my recovery plan for the new year is based upon an exercise regime centred upon Heathrow where I can jog around all the terminals from Travelex to Travelex buying sterling Travellers Cheques then jogging to the nearest bank to pay them in! Of course if they don't come up with a triple points offer I will have to think again.....
