As noted above MUA / GUC / RUC all book into the upgrade fare buckets which should credit based on underlying fare class, not class of service flown
So that’s where I still get confused. These aren’t OY, OZ or OX fare classes. These are Z fares, but not earning anymore at Z rates even though I flew a Z fare. They’re posting as Z fares, but as mentioned earlier anywhere from 5-7 days after the trip is completed the trip is completely changed. What’s triggering this change?
