I mentioned upthread that for the latest set (March- F flights with 500 bonus TPs) I emailed the day the standard TPs hit my account and was credited the bonus the day after.

My advice is send the email first thing in the morning on a weekday so it doesn’t get lost and wait all you like to do it but all the evidence is that it is a completely manual process. There is no way they would have known from my email that I am GGL so doubt that status plays a role.

In fact has anyone on here got them credited in 2022 without emailing?
