You might be in a Polaris seat, but it’s Premium Transcontinental (Business) catering. You can expect something in quality and quantity somewhere between domestic First and current Polaris catering.
If you’ve had a domestic F trayed meal, it’ll be slightly better/more, but not by much.
This is not quite correct, as Premium Transcon catering also includes a separate pre-arrival smaller snackish meal of a charcuterie plate or hummus tabouli plate (recent offerings).
