Yeah I was surprised. The world of hyatt agent told me that a guest had called a few days earlier because they were on a guest of honor reservation at this exact hotel and they denied them any globalist benefits. Hyatt had to get involved and explain to the hotel staff what it is and what benefits they should be receiving.
