Being a regular to SZG and MUC, I've given up on BA now. Was meant to fly to SZG in the last IT meltdown, was cancelled, and gave up and booked LH to MUC. T2 was a breeze, flight was on time, SEN seat block worked, got an exit row, arrived early, no immigration queue, priority tagged bags worked. In short, everything BA is not. Even a connection in FRA isn't too awful.
