Hello,

I have a specific issue related to the Plusgrade, As I am trying to bid for the business class on Sri Lankan Airlines, I have received the error message as "This request is not eligible for processing." have two bookings on different months and destinations, but still, I have the same error message. Have anyone experienced this previously?
I have met the below criteria for bidding.
1. I have a revenue ticket. My ticket is not redeemed from miles or from another Oneworld airline
2. I am on Flysmiles Classic Membership
3. I am not travelling with Infants

Looking forward to any suggestions to resolve this. I have reached out to the airline as well I haven't heard from them for more than a week 🤷🏽‍♂️
