Seat: The Room is superior to Sky Suite.
Service: On par with JALs outstanding service
Food (I don't drink alcohol): JAL has a slight edge in quality and creativity. However, the most glaring difference is in the "anytime you wish" options. After meal service ANA offers a choice of one type of Ramen and another choice, on these two flights it was a meat substitute noodle bowl. On JAL, you have the choice of 2 types of Ramen, a meat choice (often a pork cutlet or bolognese), a vegetarian choice, cheese plate, and 2 set plates, western and Japanese, which are meals to themselves. Finally, JALs in seat ordering is wonderful, with items they run out of being removed from the menu.
All things being equal, I would choose ANA if the Room is available, otherwise JAL.
On TPAC flights, ANA's anytime menu is much more extensive than just two snack choices. In addition to the choices you listed, they also offer two set meals like JAL, plus options for ice cream, cheese plate, fruit plate, and I think one or two other things.
