I too stopped sending feedback to ay, they have NOT replied with any real response to ANY feedback, the one time I asked for a supervisor to take a look NO response at all anymore so obviously they dont care, so why should I
I have not taken DY yet, then again I dont have a need or desire yet to go to ARN, but I did start using AF and KLM alot, and thats an ok ride too... SK is on par with ay so nothing exciting.
AX is very good for non Alliance travel and for LCC travel 👍 if we could get a good airside PP or AX lounge it would be bad news for ay 😀
