ay managment is indeed lost and is losing alot of money for the company, perhaps they envision a new suntours model and they will forget scheduled service or a full on Ryanair approach, but I doubt they will fill planes with silly prices and bad service/poor quality onboard.
A death by a thousand papercuts is still painful.
A fast correction is needed, I am sure I am not the only one, though I may be quite vocal about my displeasure 😀😀
