Does the amount of points transferred change the time to show up in the account?

literally did a 300k transfer and then needed 30k more so I transfers the second amount 10 min later. The second transfer showed up the same day, just hours later and the original large transfer still hasn’t shown.. now on day 4. Singapore is so frustrating
