It's a matter of personal taste. I liked it. Melts in your mouth. Maybe it was a tad too salty for me, if I remember well. The portion was huge, could not finish it. Also had lamb shank on another flight, delicious, portion enormous.
I don't do lobster on flights, as it will have been defrosted and I notice the difference. I just have it when it is right out of the sea or a tank. Again personal preference.
