I don't know why you guys are rocking the boat on the calendar month thing. It seems like a good way to not get miles. Or worse, stop me from getting miles.
I got miles for more than $2k worth of purchases last month. They were partially fictional purchases (some of my purchases tracked at a higher dollar amount than the amount spent, and never got corrected) but according to their systems I spent $4k or something (I actually spent $1750, plus a small store card to test out double dipping on home depot, which works)
Also my purchase which was cancelled posted and was clawed back in an "Aadvantage eShopping Reversal" line item, but the LP did not get clawed back (only the RDM). I suspect that that was due to them being promotional LP, not directly tried to the shopping miles line item. So this probably won't happen any more, but I'm curious to hear the results from people who had many cancelled purchases.
