MQD/MQM/RDM - Based on fare class paid *or* fare class flown?
If I buy a ticket today for a flight later this year and in a week I see that I can upgrade to J (using either $, miles or certificate) to Z class - do I earn based on the original ticket or the reissued ticket into Z class?
