Finally getting the 12400 LP from Verizon x2 (6200 LP ea) to post. First response to my inquiry was for them to post one, then assert the other went to another program. I pushed back, asking for proof of what other program they went to. Now both are posted as pending. The Cartera experience continues to be more "miss" than "hit."
And of course they posted today as BONUS miles as a customer service exception instead of BASE miles like any other purchases (Sunbasket, etc.). One more escalation to to them to get THIS resolved now.
