I do understand your point. What I said I was planning to do was to ASK Ba for clarification and confirmation. Not ask them to double my points there and then.
It would be valuable to know this now, rather than in 60 days time. They may well still tell me to wait two months before enquiring.
But you do make a good point about flyers playing by the rules when it comes to this offer, though some fault does lie with BA who have created an unwieldy, time consuming manual system with ambiguous rules.
