I don't disagree, but not sure it's necessary to jump a queue to do it - the point that "BA are going to do a lot more cancellations and changes
over the next few weeks" in fact strengthens the plea to let BA deal with the backlogs it currently has so it has more capability of handling increased queries from issues yet to occur.
And, yes, I'm one of the people currently in the queue right now. Waiting. Semi-patiently
