What was up with QX 2059 (PDX-MFR) yesterday?
Anyone happen to know what was up with QX 2059 yesterday? Looks like it took off and circled PDX for awhile before being diverted back to PDX.....I figured if it were fog they would have either not taken off or circled MFR.
