I was trying to use my free night certificate for one of the nights, but was told that the room selected (Nelson with 2 beds) is considered a premium room and not eligible for use of the certificate. Yes this is normal. I believe the only Standard Room they offer is the Trafalgar Queen (one queen bed). All other rooms and suites show up as Premium Rooms so they would be ineligible for FNC or 5th night free on points.
