The "free play" is like a gift card to be used at the Westgate Resort & Casino to the north, about a 5-10 minute walk. I used the $20 at the slot machines and eventually cashed out for about $18.75. So essentially a rebate of about $20 if you have extra time and can be bothered.

When checking in, perhaps ask for a room facing the Strip (Wynn golf course). I did not, and got a room immediately below the lounge, which had loud banging late at night and VERY early in the morning. (The food there was nice last year; I am unsure if it is still open during Covid.)

I mentioned the multiple awakenings upon checkout, and was promised 10K points (I never asked for compensation), which never arrived.
