I'd like to us a FTV, which I think cannot be achieved online but the message on the phone line suggests no new bookings are being taken....on then last day of a sale. Am I also correct that this can only be done via phone?

I have a booking similar to this in September for LAX/SEA that didn't show the double TP but when I queried it was confirmed I would get them. Am getting 1280 for my trip with the promo. As for it not appearing would be another BA IT glitch no doubt.
This promo is fantastic especially with the reduced thresholds for qualification. Just wish Marketing and IT could have got together to ensure it was an automated not manual process
