Booked an AI vacation to Dominican Republic through Air Canada Vacations. I missed my flight to DR due to having Covid. I'll be good to fly this Thursday though. So I'm thinking of booking a one way flight on Thursday and then taking my original flight home.
Will my original return flight still be valid or will they have canceled it because I didn't take my departure flight? I can call them and ask, but I've heard it takes 2-3 hours on hold to get in touch with Air Canada.
Assuming you did not contact AC prior to your departure, they will consider you a no-show and cancel the entire itinerary.
