I do not think you can stay overnight airside in Narita as the terminal closes down . There is no hotel airside.

This would make your transit impossible ( unless you can enter japan). I would change your flights ( an overnight transit at Haneda is allowed)

When are you flying? If later on in 2022 there may be a chance Japan reopens by late 2022
