I believe the 75D and 75H have nearly identical interior layouts. The DL app has these detailed nicely. Also, 75Y is the stretch 757-300.
This makes a lot of sense. Looking back, the 75G seems to be the ones that came from Shanghai Airlines, and the pics on seatguru suggest they may have the Sky Interior. Probably just meant to be the domestic config but with the Sky Interior.
